At Wilsons Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your leather goods, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned leather for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
